The collection includes the main monographic works of the famous scientist, one of the key developers of the domestic theory of financial law in the 50-70s of the twentieth century Sergey Dmitrievich Tsypkin. It will not be difficult for the reader to see the basics of the finas-legal theory in them, which remain relevant to this day, despite the fact that the reprinted works are written in the Soviet period and bring features of ideological dogma characteristic of that time.
