The publication contains a postal commentary on two subjects and goals of legal regulation to regulatory legal acts - federal laws "on organic products and amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation" and "on agricultural products, raw materials and food with improved characteristics". The adoption of these laws is of great importance for the creation and development of environmentally friendly agriculture in Russia. Currently, on the agenda is the task of forming the effective application of their provisions.
