The report “Salvation of business in bankruptcy law” is the result of many years of work carried out under the auspices of the European Institute of Law under the leadership of professors Bob Wessels and Stefan Madauus with the support of Hertha-Yana Bon, aimed at summarizing and developing unified approaches to health improvement. The research project is characterized by a wide coverage of the involved experts from most European countries (Austria, Belgium, England and Wales, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden) and contains relevant information about rehabilitation procedures in each of the the above law enforcement. On the basis of the appropriate generalization by the working group, more than 100 recommendations were displayed, in particular in relation to: participants and arrangements of the procedure, financing of salvation, consistent contracts, the priority of satisfying creditors, contesting transactions, labor and pension relations, selling business on the go, restructuring, and groups of companies And small and medium -sized businesses.
The report can be useful to lawyers and other specialists engaged in and (or) issues of bankruptcy law, including rehabilitation and restructuring issues, in scientific, law enforcement, consulting and billing activities
