The publication presents a new approach to the problems of the interaction of law and cyberspace in domestic jurisprudence. On the basis of the latest Russian and foreign developments on the theory of law and information law, the author’s concept of cybernetic space (Internet right) is described, the basic principles and conditions for the action of law in cyberspace (physical model “space-time”) are indicated. The interaction of cybernetic law with digital law and electronic trade, as well as with the forming law of humanitarian technologies, the connection of the Internet right with the science of life.
