The monograph investigates the problems of regulating the turnover of 3D bioprinters used to create organ and tissue constructs, analyzes the legal status of a medical bioprinter, the issues of the necessary further improvement of the legal regulation of biomedicine printers used to print fabricant structures and prototypes of organs.
The work is studied in the work of the conceptual and catheater in the field of bioprinth technologies, which is necessary for the consideration of criminal liability for the illegal appeal of bioprinters, for the illegal production of organs and tissues printed on the bioprinter. Measures are proposed to improve criminal law.
The legislation is given as of May 1, 2022
