Language is the most important tool for communication between people along with other means of their social interaction. The language allows you to configure the work of state and public institutions, establish a financial system, build educational and other most important processes in the country, as well as organize and streamline the daily life of citizens.
This book is devoted to the study of the basis of the legal regulation of the use of the Russian language, the languages of the republics within Russia, as well as the languages of the peoples of our country. Based on the extensive base of legislative acts and judicial precedents, we decided to analyze the practice of resolving language disputes related to the interpretation of obscure speech constructions, the participation of a translator in the trial, the appointment of a linguistic examination by the court and the involvement of linguists, philologists and other specialists for the statement of professional judgments regarding the procedure for using Russian language.
Special attention in the book is also paid to the practice of using the Russian cruel language and the language of gestures, as well as such specific varieties of Russian speech as jargonism and obscene vocabulary. This book does not claim to be a serious study and is, in our plan, rather, an additional practical manual for the widest circle of readers interested in the problems of our great and powerful Russian language
