The scientific research proposed to the reader is the second part of the dilogy. The first part of "National Security: Legal responsibility and irresponsibility: the problems of the mechanism of interaction and systemic relationships" of the same author’s collective were published in 2020. Both works are logically completed, are independent and completed studies, but at the same time aimed at developing a common topic: "Legal liability in the mechanism for ensuring national security."
In contrast to the previous study in the new monograph, the scientific search is aimed at building a theoretical model of interaction between legal liability with mechanisms of various types of national security.
