The textbook shows the specifics of the philosophy of law as a sphere of knowledge of legal reality. The issues of the ontology of law are set out. Along with the ontological foundations of the universality of law, the consideration of the modern legal picture of the world, epistemology, axiology, and the praiseology of law are presented. The emphasis has been placed on the understanding of law as the result of a purposeful activity of a person who forms the necessary conditions for regulating social relations, taking into account the existing and changing values of the modern world.
The philosophical problems of the necessity and values of the state and civil society, the relationship of culture, law, state are considered. The understanding of philosophical and legal aspects of scientific and technological transformations in modern society, philosophical understanding of legal risks is presented.
The textbook is prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard.
