Pharmaceutical criminal law of Russia. Monograph

The proposed monograph was prepared by scientists of the Department of Criminal Law of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin (MGUA) On the basis of an analysis of international legal documents and legislative experience of a number of foreign countries, the authors evaluate the novels of Russian criminal law in terms of ensuring pharmaceutical security in our country and formulate proposals aimed at improving the quality and effectiveness of the norms of domestic criminal legislation, ensuring criminal offsetting the illegal trafficking of medical products.
