The scientific and practical manual continues the cycle of research on the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation on legal technologies, combining the achievements in the conceptual substantiation of legal monitoring technology and the scientific support of anti-corruption.
The manual presents a wide concept of legal monitoring, the main approaches to its understanding are considered, the concept, goals, objectives, types, indicators of anti -corruption monitoring are investigated. Actual problems of regulation of legal and anti -corruption monitoring have been identified, and options for their solutions are proposed. Legal monitoring is proposed to be considered as a promising legal technology for analysis and assessment of the dynamics of federal and regional legislation on countering corruption, as well as the basis of legal forecasting. The potential of legal monitoring is used to determine the atypical legal nature of anti -corruption legislation. Based on the information on the dynamics of anti -corruption legislation, the forecast of its modernization and systematization is given.
