The communication industry is one of the most important sectors of the economy in the context of digitalization, which becomes the basis of further innovative development, which is largely due to adequate legal regulation and state participation. The presented scientific and practical manual gives a general characteristic of legal regulation in the field of communication in the Russian Federation, approaches to state regulation and deregulation of this industry are revealed. A separate chapter is devoted to the regulation of the new generation communication services, the analysis of relevant contractual structures.
Foreign and international experience is being considered, tendencies of legal regulation of communication in a digital economy, methods of overcoming contradictions between the capabilities of the market and legal restrictions are being considered.
