In the monograph, the author makes an attempt to reveal the degree of influence of internal and external migration on the state of public order in certain regions and in the country as a whole. It reveals the thesis according to which all migration is a potential criminogenic factor, and because of this is the basis for the formation of ethnic crime. This thesis is reinforced by the results of a comprehensive analysis of the operational situation in the context of the impact of ethnic crime on it, a further study of the critical activities of representatives of external and internal migration and factors producing it.
Taking into account the problems related to the definition of terms and concepts in the considered sphere of law enforcement, the author is paid to the development of new and adjusting existing definitions, the analysis of the legal basis for the struggle of internal affairs bodies with the criminal activity of the identified category of persons, the main directions are determined by the main directions by its improvement. The work considers some organizational measures used by the internal affairs bodies in the framework of the decriminalization of the migration environment.
