Medical law of Russia. Textbook

The textbook was prepared by the author’s team of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin (Moscow State University) in accordance with the training program for students of legal universities in Russia developed at the university.
It reflects the specifics of the legal regulation of medical activities, the healthcare sector, the protection of the health of citizens in the Russian Federation at the present stage, the main legal institutions of the industry are considered.
The textbook is made on the basis of Russian legislation (as of July 2020), legal doctrine, law enforcement practice.
