Legal relations and legal liability in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy)

This monograph is devoted to the process of the formation of a model of regulation of relations in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy) and the characteristics of legal liability in this area. The work conducted a study of the concept, criteria and signs of bankruptcy of insolvent debtors as the basis for the occurrence of insolvency (bankruptcy), the analysis of debt obligations that underlie the occurrence of these relations. The author reveals the influence of the debtor’s actions on the nature and features of the implementation of responsibility in the relations of insolvency (bankruptcy), the specifics of the determination and identification of losses in the specified area of ​​relations are shown.
