At the present stage of legal regulation of the provision of veterinary services, the main directions in scientific development and concretization should be distinguished, namely: the concept of "provision of veterinary services" as an object of civil rights, legal characteristics of the animal as an object of civil rights, the ratio of activities for the provision of veterinarians of services and activities to implement the implementation State veterinary control and supervision, the concept and characteristics of the contract for the provision of veterinary services. These areas are the basis of this work.
