This work is devoted to a comprehensive study of the legal regulation of the Russian securities market based on an analysis of the convergence of private law and public law enforcement agencies.
The content of the economic and legal concept of the "securities market" is examined in detail, a hypothesis on the expansion of the boundaries of the subject of legal regulation of the securities market is justified. The work conducted the first comprehensive study of prudent regulation and prudent supervision in the securities market, combining private law and public law funds. Proposals for improving the legislation on the securities market have been formulated.
The publication was prepared as the state of the legislation for April 2014
