The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the legal regulation of the implementation of the state policy regarding the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East. The following components were considered: the concept of state national policy, Russian legislation in the field of the rights of the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East, the effectiveness of instruments for the implementation of politics regarding the indigenous peoples, the financial and legal development of the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and Siberia and the social development of the indigenous peoples. The Far East of the Russian Federation, through the prism of which the financial and legal features of the execution of the federal target program "Economic and social development of the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East" were revealed. The issues of the transition from the cost management model to the results management model are considered - one of the main tasks of budget reform.
