The stable state of the currency market of any country is a key factor in the progressive development of its national economy and the expansion of international cooperation. The Russian currency market looks relatively young against the background of mature world foreign exchange systems that formed and functioned in conservative conditions, unlike our country, which only after the collapse of the USSR took the path of liberalization of currency regulation.
This book explores the basic requirements of currency legislation establishing a list of permitted and illegal foreign exchange operations between residents and non -residents, the rules for repatriation of foreign exchange earnings, and the procedure for carrying out currency control by authorized banks and regulatory authorities. Based on the current judicial practice in the book, such issues as the use of external securities, foreign exchange contributions and accounts, cryptocurrencies, as well as the use of foreign exchange reservations, special rights of borrowing and conditional units were covered
