The monograph aims to disclose the content of legal regulation of scientific activity in the Russian Federation, consider foreign experience, determine the prospects for its reform, formulate individual recommendations for solving the identified problems.
Independent objects of the study are the content of the right to freedom of scientific creativity, including the limits of restrictions, the foundations of the state scientific and technical policy, the legal regime of the state system of scientific certification, the status of the Russian Academy of Sciences, etc. April 2021
