Legal regulation of financial control of the activities of educational organizations of the highest image

The study is devoted to the analysis of legal relations arising during the financial control of the activities of educational organizations of higher education of the Russian Federation. The author’s dissertation was taken as a basis.
The publication is one of the first legal monographic studies of financial control of the activities of educational organizations of higher education, within the framework of which the features of its legal regulation are identified, due to the principles, types, forms and methods of financial control in this area, which allow us to improve its legal regulation for purposes for the purpose effective functioning of higher education.
