Legal regulation of digital money. Monograph

The monograph was prepared by teachers of the law faculty of St. Petersburg State Economic University. A comprehensive and multilateral study of the problems and spacers of the legal regime of various types of digital money, its private legal and public aspects, carried out taking into account the formed world practice, legal and economic doctrine, the experience of foreign countries and Russian judicial practice. The used normative material is relevant as of May 1, 2022.
