The monograph discusses various aspects of the legal regulation of commission trade. The evolution of the legal regulation of the commission trade in Russia and abroad is traced, the current legislation acting in this area and the practice of its application are analyzed, the features of the commission trade and its individual types are revealed. A separate chapter is devoted to the problems of using the commission agreement for illegal purposes.
