The reference dictionary is devoted to one of the most urgent problems of modern Russia-legal policy in the Arctic. In the work, the main attention is paid to the terminological composition of legislation aimed at ensuring the legal status of indigenous peoples of the North, the history of state policy in the Arctic, and current regulatory legal acts and bills. International legal acts aimed at cooperation in the field of development of the Arctic are given.
