Legal liability in the Russian judicial civilistic process and alternative procedures for the uorectic conflict urengting.
The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the institution of legal liability in the judicial civilistic process, to which the author considers it necessary to classify civil, arbitration and administrative proceedings, as well as in alternative procedures for resolving legal conflicts, such as arbitration, mediation and others.
The work formed a holistic scientific idea of legal nature, elements and types of legal liability in the civilistic process. Special attention is paid to the analysis of legal nature and the place of procedural responsibility. The features of the implementation and the effectiveness of each measure of legal liability in the relevant types of the civilistic process are analyzed.
Proposals are formulated to improve the legal regulation of the Institute of Legal Responsibility in general and individual measures in particular.
