The textbook considers the main provisions characterizing the organizational and legal system of state regulation of activities in the field of aviation, the facility of the unified system of organization of air traffic, airfields and airports as the components of the air traffic system.
The main issues of the appointment of aircraft and crew of aircraft, category and composition of aircraft enterprises, its commercial activities in the field of civil aviation are investigated. The organization of flights of aircraft, ensuring aviation security, purpose and procedure for investigating aviation accidents and incidents is analyzed. The issues of contractual conditions for the transportation of passengers, goods, the features of servicing passengers from among the disabled, transportation of dangerous goods, the grounds and procedure for the termination of the air transportation of the passenger and the air transportation agreement were disclosed. The liability of the carrier, operator and consignor is analyzed.
