Legal concept of robotization

The monograph is devoted to the study of the processes of robotization. The authors proposed an appropriate legal concept, which is based on elements such as the robot legal personality, decision -making, the basis and types of legal liability in the area under consideration. The dynamics of legal awareness and legal thinking in the context of the robotization of social processes have been investigated.
In the systemic sequence, legal problems of robotization are revealed taking into account the specifics of certain areas of public life: labor relations, state power, industry, medicine, mass and individual services. Legal risks in this process are identified, methods for their diagnosis are determined, and appropriate forecast assessments of legal development are also proposed. The study is based on the analysis of national legal and international legal regulators.
Normative legal acts are given as of July 2019
for scientists, teachers, graduate students and students of legal educational institutions, practicing lawyers and experts, as well as for everyone who is interested in theoretical and practical problems of wide implementation and the use of robotic systems
