The textbook is built on the basis of the work program of the academic discipline of the same name and the experience of its teaching by authors in the magistracy in the field of training 01.04.02 “Applied Mathematics and Informatics” at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. The textbook discusses the concept and signs of artificial intelligence (AI), a brief overview of the history of its occurrence and characteristic of its influence on the current state of human civilization is given.
The types of artificial intelligence are presented and classified, the corresponding Russian and foreign scientific literature on various aspects of the theory of artificial intelligence and the problems of human coexistence with it is presented and analyzed. Ethical principles of human interaction and AI are determined on the basis of analysis of both international and national acts in this area. The features of legal documents in the field of legal regulation of artificial intelligence in various countries are disclosed, examples of using AI in various spheres of public life are given, and the author’s concept of the AI legislation system is proposed.
