The rapid development of modern biomedicine gives rise to both hopes for solving the global problems of mankind and the risks associated with the colossal potential of its influence on human nature. In this regard, the processes of developing and using biomedical technologies need timely and adequate legal regulation that determines the boundaries of biotechnological intervention into human life.
