Labor adaptation of convicts in institutions of the penal correctional system. Monograph

The monographs reveal the theoretical and practical aspects of the labor adaptation of convicts, as well as the processes of regulating their labor activity in institutions of the penal system. The economic substantiation of the effectiveness of prosecutorial supervision of compliance with laws by the administrations of institutions performing punishments is presented according to the indicators of the production and economic activities of these institutions. The theoretical and methodological foundations and scientific-practical recommendations for the management of the labor adaptation of convicts in institutions of the penal system, the implementation of which will help increase the efficiency of the penitentiary system are proposed.
