Judicial protection of the right of Russian citizens to social security

A monographic study determines that the right to social security is a constitutional right of a citizen, a definition of this concept is given, issues of protecting the rights of Russian citizens in the field of social security, the forms and methods of such protection are investigated, the role of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, and the European Court of Court on the Constitutional Court of the Russian Human rights, courts of general jurisdiction in matters of protecting the rights of citizens to social security.

The work was analyzed by judicial practice on some issues of social security: the author was affected by pension disputes, issues of protecting by courts of the rights of disabled people, protecting the rights of persons to insurance payments for compulsory social insurance , judicial protection of the rights of citizens to receive social services, defects of Russian legislation in these areas have been identified, proposals were expressed to eliminate them
