The textbook discusses the general provisions of the Russian model of energy law and briefly characterize its main institutions that mediate in certain sectors of energy, represented by electric power industry, heat supply, water supply and sanitation, gas and oil supply, energy conservation, as well as certain aspects of state policy in the energy industry of the national economy . The textbook is prepared on the basis of the latest Russian legislation governing the energy relations, and complies with the federal educational standard of higher professional education of the third generation.
