The monograph in the form accessible for perception by the reader’s widespread form considers the main directions and areas of legal regulation of integration processes in the modern world using the example of leading integration legal systems (law and order) existing in the global arena and in various regions of the globe: in the global arena - the right of the World Trade Organization : at the regional level - the right of the European Union, the right of the European Association of Free Trade and the European Economic Space, the legal achievements of northern cooperation (law of the Northern Council), the right of the Western African Economic and Monetary Union (including the legal regime of the United Valkiy “African Frank”), the right of the North American Association free trade (NAFTA), the legal regulation of international regionalism and subregionalism in the European Union and the Council of Europe.
Particular attention is paid to the leading regional integration law enforcement in the post -Soviet space - the right of the formed Eurasian Union and the right of the Union State of Russia and Belarus.
A separate chapter analyzes the main trends and features of the legal regulation of military-political integration, including between Russia and other republics of the former USSR.
