This textbook is aimed at the initial immersion of the student (both the level of undergraduate and graduate) in legal relations related to the insolvency (bankruptcy) of the legal entity. The main attention is paid to the general procedure for carrying out the procedure as a pre -trial stage (at the stage of collecting the necessary evidence and compliance with the conditions necessary for applying to the court) and within the framework of the judicial consideration of the dispute about insolvency (bankruptcy) A detailed analysis of basic concepts was carried out, the understanding of which is necessary to understand the essence of the institute under study, key participants in the bankruptcy procedure.
