This edition presents the results of a scientific study of the evolution of human rights in the Internet. On the basis of an analysis of international legal and Russian regulatory acts, judicial practice and doctrines, the right to private life (including the right to protect personal data and the right to oblivion), the right to access the Internet, freedom of speech, as well as public law aspects of law have been studied in detail intellectual property on the Internet. Through the prism of court decisions of various instances and different years, potential conflicts in the field of human rights have been systematized. The authors are given a forecast for the development of a human rights system in the digital era.
