This publication examines a set of legal and related problems with the development of genetic technologies that acts as one of the drivers of bio -economy as the economy of the new technological structure. In connection with new challenges and threats, the role of law in the regulation of both widespread social relations and emerging increases.
The book makes an attempt to produce and resolve both separate general theoretical and private, applied problems in connection with the emergence of genetic technologies, their introduction into individual industries and the sector of the economy. This work is not a complete and systemic presentation of existing ideas on the problems of the development of genetic technologies in connection with their absolute novelty for the legal doctrine.
