Financial control of public procurement in the Russian Federation. Monograph

The monograph proposes an author’s approach to the financial control system of public procurement. In an accessible and visual form, the most significant issues and the problems of the implementation of financial control of procurement using various forms and methods are presented. Attention was focused on the implementation of state and public financial control in the field of procurement; in practical examples, an analysis of offenses related to the financial support of public procurement was carried out.
