Family Code of the Russian Federation. Article-by-article scientific-practical commentary

The work is a postal scientific and practical commentary to the Family Code of the Russian Federation written in collaboration. The authors pay attention to the difficulties that arise in the courts when applying the norms of the Family Code of the Russian Federation. Some proposals have been made on the proper application of family legislation, including legal qualifications of family relations. When writing a comment, the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights, the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Moscow City Court, as well as doctrinal provisions on family law, were taken into account. The legislation was given as of October 1, 2020. The work is designed for judges, employees of the guardianship and trusteeship bodies, law enforcement agencies, state and municipal civil servants and all citizens interested in the application of family legislation
