The monographs analyzes the problems associated with proving in notarial activities, justify the relevance of the development of the provisions of the legislation aimed at strengthening the role of a notary in the process of proof, the categories of “limits of proof” and “standard for proof” are introduced in notarial activity, and the specifics of evidence -based law are justified in relation to notarial production . Studying the individual provisions of the notaries legislation, the author concludes that the existence of a notarial procedural form, which has its own signs and characteristics that significantly distinguish it from the civil procedure form. On the basis of examples from judicial and notarial practice, it is concluded that the main task of the legal regulation of the notarial proof procedure is to create conditions for the comprehensive establishment of circumstances that have taken place in the relations between the parties to notarial production and to eliminate subjective factors related to the features perceptions of the same type of legal relations by subjects with different levels of psychological perception. The approaches and methods proposed in monographs can be in demand by practicing notaries in the framework of their professional activities and will be interesting to both persons engaged in notarial activities, and professional lawyers and persons who seek notarial actions
