The theoretical and practical problems of entrepreneurial law, considered in monographs, are divided into four blocks, each of which corresponds to a separate chapter. The first chapter gives a characteristic of the theoretical foundations of entrepreneurial law, the means of public law impact on private law relations, as well as organizational contracts and relations. The second chapter is devoted to legal entities as entrepreneurial law. The third chapter explores three problematic issues relating to certain types of business objects. The fourth chapter reveals topics related to the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs. These issues are considered by specific examples taking into account theoretical approaches, as well as the practice of senior courts (the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation)
