The work investigates electronic justice and electronic document management in the arbitration court. The statistics of the work of the Moscow Arbitration Court are given for 2016. For 2016, the current legislation that determines the legal regime of the electronic document and electronic signature is analyzed. The issues of legal recognition by the states of cross -border electronic documents are addressed. Some features of electronic justice and electronic evidence in the case are considered.
