The training manual, taking into account the latest changes made to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, analyzes the signs of crimes in the field of economic activity. The classification of the undergoing crimes is given, the basic concepts used by the legislator are revealed to the characterization of socially dangerous acts, with the involvement of the provisions of industry legislation, as well as the trends of law enforcement. A significant place is given to discussion problems that are proposed to solve, based on the general theoretical attitudes of criminal law and clarification of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
