The scientific concept of the effectiveness of the disciplinary liability of civil servants is proposed, which allows the development of specific legal mechanisms for its provision: the theoretical, methodological and delictological foundations of the Institute for the Efficiency of Disciplinary Liability of Civil Employees are analyzed, its retrospective analysis is carried out, a positive foreign experience in this direction is studied, using an integrated approach, which includes a material one -the legal and procedural and legal aspects of the Institute of Disciplinary Liability of civil servants, the conceptual foundations of increasing the effectiveness of disciplinary responsibility in the public service system are justified.
