Private law, which has developed in the post -Soviet period, has roots in pre -revolutionary and Soviet legislation and law.
It was facilitated by outstanding Soviet and Russian civilists, which include the Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Civilist School of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov, Veniaminich Gribanov.
A collective of like-minded people-his students and colleagues-having chosen the subject of consideration by the formation and current state of the most important categories and large institutions, submissions of private law with which their own studies are associated: the subject of civil regulation, the principles of civil law, implementation and protection Rights, terms, methods of ensuring the fulfillment of obligations, contract, monetary obligation, intellectual property right, insolvency (bankruptcy), demonstrated their development and current state with a support of the creative heritage of V.P. Gribanov.
The content reflects the modern level of knowledge in the field of domestic private law, performs information, scientific, educational and educational functions.
