Contract system in the field of public procurement of Russia and the USA. Comparative legal study

In monographs on the basis of an extensive circle of regulatory legal acts, scientific legal literature and forensic practice, urgent problems of legal regulation of relations in the field of state order in Russia and the United States have been investigated.
The issues of the development of Russian legislation on the state order and federal legislation of the United States on the purchase of goods, the provision of services for the needs of state customers are considered. Particular attention is paid to the legal nature of the state order and the state contract. As part of the study, an analysis of the legal status of participants in contractual relations is presented, the main methods of procurement were studied, analysis of state contract models was carried out depending on the rules of pricing. Theoretical and practical problems related to the fulfillment of obligations under state contracts are considered.
