The workshop introduces readers to key issues in the field of assessing legal risks that can be used in the learning process.
Practical classes serve as a kind of form of the connection of theory with practice. The deepening, consolidation and concretization of knowledge gained in lectures and in the process of independent work requires various forms of development of the ability of their practical application in professional activity. Given the interdisciplinary nature of the educational discipline “Assessment of legal risks”, the workshop includes a brief methodological material that introduces the basic concepts of the theory of risk management, assessment and methods of managing legal risks.
The main place in the workshop is occupied by a variety of forms of practical tasks, which can be performed by students directly in the process of class or independently to prepare for certain thematic issues.
