The monograph discusses the methodological problems of embedding the artificial mind into the legal system, taking into account the laws of society. The properties of the rule of law as microsystems in the subsystems of law and methods of its consolidation in the system of legislation, as well as the logic of building a legal norm are described. The idea of creating a separate and independent, unambiguous normative system, parallel to the main branches of law, built on the logic of a four -membered structure of the legal norm, is proposed and substantiated. Some theories of law as tools for the methodology of modeling the legal system and its semantic codes in order to properly function the artificial mind are briefly considered. The ways of applying the artificial mind in the functioning of the state are shown.
