This monograph describes the foundations of modern technologies of artificial intelligence, the main problems of their use from the point of view of socio -humanities. Ethical and legal approaches to the regulation of artificial intelligence technology, the algorithm and prospects for its study by the instrumentation of legal sciences, the possibility of using artificial intelligence as a method and tools in legal activities and scientific research are considered. The risks and models of the positioning of technology in society in terms of ethics and law, including the issues of legal personality and legal liability in the context of the functioning of artificial intelligence systems, have been studied in detail. The work defines subsequent areas of further legal research in the field of high technologies.
