This monograph is an interdisciplinary study of fundamental problems and applied tasks of the legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence systems (AI) The work considers the influence of technological revolutions on the development of social relations, as a result of which the established legal approaches changed. The result of the technological progress of recent decades was the emergence of technical means that can make independent decisions, including those of legal significance. Such autonomy of technical means led to the emergence of a number of fundamental legal problems.
The legislation is given as of February 1, 2022
The monographs define and investigate the most significant problems: delegation of AI systems, the establishment of a subject of responsibility for harm caused by AI, transparency and accountability of the functioning of AI systems. Based on the results obtained, the authors managed to proceed to formulating approaches to resolving applied tasks, which made it possible to develop proposals to improve the domestic concept of normative legal regulation of the application of AI systems
