In the monograph, there is a detailed analysis of various methodological approaches used in clinical practice with capillaryroscopy, especially in combination with other methods of research of microcirculation. Numerous data on structural and functional manifestations and mechanisms of blood microcirculation disorder under various diseases are summarized. It is shown that the development of the deficit of capillary blood flow plays a key role in the pathogenesis of vascular trophic violations.
