CAD of Substations with High Voltage 35-220 kV. Educational guide

The text provides a general overview of the stages of design and the content of the technical assignment, as well as the structure and variety of CAD systems used, including for designing electrical installations. The main focus is on describing the CAD systems 'ORU CAD' and 'ZRU CAD' developed by the authors, as well as their databases. The structure of the database and its population are provided. Algorithms for automated selection and verification of conductors and electrical devices with a voltage above 1 kV, performing technical and economic justification of the choice of the distribution device scheme, as well as automated generation of the selected distribution device scheme are described. Intended for bachelor's students in the field of 13.03.02, master's students in the field of 13.04.02 'Electric Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering', as well as doctoral students.
